But just what is Ethical Integrity? Ethical Integrity is basically not betraying convictions or moral standards regardless of the consequence it may bring.
In other words, Don't lie to cover up something, because in the end you will end up telling more and more lies to cover for the ones you have already told. This becomes a problem and soon your caught up in a web of lies that others will begin to see. begin to see.
There is always 2 sides to every story, but most believe one sided truths. Why not just ask the other person to tell you what happened, why not get both sides of the story before you judge a person?
